Terms & Conditions – Pistachio Pappi Easter Giveaway
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Victoria’s Basement (ABN 95 084 187 164), referred to as “the Promoter.” This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18+.
- Employees of Victoria’s Basement and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
- The competition starts on 01/04/2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEST on 11/04/2024.
4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:
1. Follow [@VictoriasBasement] on Instagram or Facebook.
2. Tag two friends in the comments.
3. Comment with their best Easter-themed pistachio pun, joke, or reaction.
4. Share the competition post to their stories and tag [@VictoriasBasement].
5. Judging & Winner Selection
- This is a game of skill. The most creative/funny comment (as judged by the Promoter) will win.
- Judging will take place on 14/04/2025, and the winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram/Facebook within 48 hours.
6. Prize
- Four (4) winners will receive 1 x 5kg of Pistachio Pappi (Value $199).
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash.
7. Prize Collection & Delivery
- The prize will be shipped to the winner’s Australian address within 14 days of confirmation.
8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may share their entry, username, and any associated content for promotional purposes.
9. Disqualification
Competition is open to Australian residents only. Entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, or deemed offensive will be disqualified.
10. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or delays. By entering, participants release Meta (Facebook/Instagram) from any liability.
11. Privacy
Personal information will only be used for competition purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
