Monin – Raspberry Syrup 700ml

Originally from Western Europe, the raspberry was used for its fragrance during centuries before being consumed as a fruit. Today, there are over thirty varieties of this tiny summer fruit.

Le Sirop de MONIN Raspberry boasts a natural tint, coloured by raspberry juice. Its sweet and slightly sour notes will be the perfect addition to hot and cold drinks, with or without alcohol. It can be enjoyed in teas, lemonades or smoothies, but also in coffees, frappes and even in gin, vodka or rum based cocktails.

MONIN Raspberry Syrup, just like other “red fruit” and floral flavours, mixes perfectly with gin and vodka. You can also drizzle it on your strawberry salad with a hint of lemon juice. The syrup will bring an excellent raspberry flavour, balancing the acidity of the lemon, whilst the sugar from the syrup will elevate the strawberries’ flavours.
