Avanti – Garganelli Board Set

A simple wooden gadget, it adds the all-important grooves to pasta, creating the perfect texture for sauce to cling to. Included is a mini rolling pin for creating Garganelli, a rolled pasta similar to Penne. Constructed from natural wood that is non stick, it features an ergonomic, easy-grip handle to help maintain the perfect angle and keep the board steady. A rolling pin storage slot in the board ensure both components are always together and at hand ready for use.

Multi-Purpose, not only is the board ideal for making Garganelli Gnocchi and many other pasta specialties, but you can also make and shape Infused Butter, Butter Sticks, etc. The grooved surface allows excess buttermilk to drain away during butter making and giving a uniquely textured finish.
